In July 2004, CCCC Guangzhou Dredging Company ushered in the first 10,000-cubic-meter trailing suction hopper dredger in history, the "Wan Qing Sha" with a cabin capacity of 10,028 cubic meters, which was one of the most advanced and automated large self-propelled trailing suction hopper dredgers in the world at that time, its hourly excavation capacity was nearly 10 times that of ordinary dredgers at that time.
The trailing suction hopper dredger is a large self-propelled loading trailing suction dredger equipped with a drag head dredger and a hydraulic suction device. It has good navigation performance and can be self-propelled, self-loaded, and self-unloaded. The bow blowing hose set is an important part of the bow blowing system of the trailing suction hopper dredger, and it is a set of flexible hoses connected with the bow blowing system on the ship and the floating hose string.
Among them, the head float in the bow blowing hose set is a product developed by CDSR and has independent intellectual property rights. CDSR is also the earliest company in China to design and manufacture head floats, with more than 20 years of rich manufacturing experience. At present, the head float is the third generation product, including fixed float, movable float, wear-resistant cylinder float and other types, which can meet various engineering needs.
What floats on the water is the floating hoses produced by our company, which is installed on the supporting main line of the dredger and is mainly used for floating pipelines on water, and is also one of our company's main products. With the continuous development of floating hose technology, the float hose can be loaded with various functions to the greatest extent, and the stable conveying capacity can be maximized, and thus an independent floating pipeline composed of floating hoses has been formed, which is connected to the dredger stern. This not only greatly improves the pipeline transportation efficiency, but also lasts longer, and greatly reduces pipeline maintenance costs.
CDSR is the first company in China to produce floating hoses. It successfully developed floating hose as early as 1999. At present, most dredgers in China are equipped with CDSR floating hoses. CDSR customized rubber hoses can meet the requirements in various working conditions, even in the harshest environment, they can also be maintenance-free throughout the project.
