As global awareness of green energy and environmental protection increases, the development of China's offshore oil fields is also moving towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable direction. The Wushi 23-5 oilfield group development project, as an important energy development project in the Beibu Gulf, not only pursues high efficiency and safety in technology, but also sets a new benchmark in environmental protection.
Advantages of CDSR oil hose
● The exposed surfaces of the end fittings(including flange faces) of the CDSR oil hoses are protected by hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with EN ISO 1461, from the corrosion caused by seawater, salt mist and transmission medium, which ensures that it remains in good condition during long-term use.
● Compared with steel pipes, CDSR oil hoses have better flexibility and can adapt to complex seabed terrain and changing sea conditions. At the same time, its lightweight structure makes installation and maintenance more convenient, effectively reducing construction costs and time.
● The design of the CDSR oil hose takes into account safety factors such as leak-proof and explosion-proof, which can minimize the risk of crude oil leakage. In addition, its environmentally friendly materials and design can reduce pollution to the marine environment and meet the requirements of sustainable development.
In the Wushi single point system, CDSR oil hoses are used to connect the single point mooring system and shuttle tanker. As China's first fixed semi-submersible single-point mooring system, the hose string composed of the CDSR oil hoses ensures that the hose string can be firmly connected to the underwater port in a preset configuration. At the same time, its flexible design enables the hoses to maintain a stable oil transfer state amidst wave and tidal changes.
Since the CDSR oil hose was put into use in the Wushi single-point system, the system has been running stably and the oil transfer efficiency has been guaranteed. According to on-site feedback, the CDSR oil hoses can still maintain good performance under severe sea conditions, and no leakage or damage accidents have occurred. This not only ensures the safety of crude oil transportation, but also reduces maintenance and management costs.
The successful application of CDSR oil hoses in the Wushi single-point system has fully demonstrated its reliability. In the future, with the continuous advancement of offshore oil and gas field development, CDSR oil hoses are expected to be widely used in more offshore oil transportation systems, providing reliable guarantee for offshore oil transportation.
