CDSR hose with PU cover: injecting new impetus into offshore oil transportation

With the continuous advancement of offshore oil extraction technology, the demand for transportation materials in the offshore oil transportation industry is also increasing. As a new type of protective material, Spray Polyurea Elastomer (PU) is widely used in the field of marine oil and gas transportation due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, especially in offshore oil production platforms, FPSO and SPM facilities.

The protective performance of the hose with spray polyurea elastomer comes from its unique technical characteristics, mainly including:

1. It does not contain catalyst, cures quickly, and can be sprayed on any curved, inclined and vertical surface.

2. It is not sensitive to moisture and temperature, and is not affected by ambient temperature and humidity during construction (it can be constructed at -28°C; it can be sprayed and cured on ice).

3. Two-component, 100% solid content, does not contain any volatile organic compounds (VOC), is environmentally friendly, pollution-free, hygienic and harmless in use.

4. Thermal spraying or pouring, the thickness of one construction can range from hundreds of microns to several centimeters, overcoming the drawbacks of multiple construction in the past.

5. Excellent physical and chemical properties, extremely high tensile and impact strength, flexibility, wear resistance, anti-slip, aging resistance and corrosion resistance.

6. It has good thermal stability, can be used for a long time at 120℃, and can withstand short-term thermal shock at 350℃.
