Since becoming the first and only Chinese company to pass the certification of OCIMF 1991 in 2007, CDSR has continued to promote technological innovation. In 2014, CDSR once again became the first company in China to develop and produce oil hoses in accordance with GMPHOM 2009. CDSR is in the position to produce a full range of single and double carcass oil hose, which are used in crude oil transportation in FPSO, SPM, refineries, docks, etc. These milestone achievements not only demonstrate CDSR’s profound accumulation in the field of oil hose manufacturing, but also reflect its strict compliance with international standards and continuous pursuit of product quality.
As the leading manufacturer of GMPHOM 2009 oil hose in China, CDSR has been committed to technological innovation and product quality improvement since it first produced and approved the double carcass prototype tube in 2014. Last week, CDSR's 12'' double carcass prototype (as per GMPHOM 2009) passed the burst test, this not only won CDSR a renewed certification, but also proved the reliability of CDSR products. Burst test is a key means of verifying the quality and safety of hoses, especially in applications involving high-pressure fluid transmission. Through this test, the design and manufacturing process of hoses can be effectively evaluated and improved.
Looking ahead, CDSR will continue to uphold the principle of ''quality first, customer first'' and continuously promote the advancement of product research and development and production processes to meet the needs of global customers for high-quality oil hoses.
